I am a qualified, Insured and experienced Personal Trainer and Menopause Coach.

I understand the challenges for most woman that mean prioritising their own health and fitness seems impossible at times.

Rather than looking at a diet or quick fix, I strive to help you find both training plans, and nutrition guidelines that really work in your existing life, and are long lasting and fulfilling.
